Welcome to Gtfineartstudio. By accessing or using our services, facilities, or website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General 

Terms1.1. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, clients, and users of our studio.

1.2. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. All classes, workshops, private sessions, and studio rentals must be booked in advance.

2.2. Payments must be made in full before or at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.3. We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal and in person.

2.4. Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may not receive a refund.

3. Studio Usage and Conduct

3.1. Clients must respect the studio space, equipment, and other individuals. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be the client’s responsibility.

3.2. Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.

3.3. The studio reserves the right to remove any client who behaves inappropriately, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Artwork created by the studio or its instructors remains the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2. Clients grant the studio permission to photograph or film classes and events for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1. Clients participate in studio activities at their own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage to personal property.

5.2. By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless the studio and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in studio activities.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. We collect and store personal information for booking and communication purposes only.6.2. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of The United Stated of America/Massachusetts.

7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
